On the first day of school for Matthew and Abbey. My mom went to pick up Matthew and after that we went to the shoe store to get me shoes and when she got out of the car she missed the big step and fell and she broke her ankle.
She was laying in the parking lot for about 10 min. before my dad got there then he took us to the doctor they gave her a cast then on Wednesday my grandma got there and then my grandma took my mom to the doctor and they found out that she had to have surgery.

This is such a great way to find out what you are up to and what you are thinking. I am certain that your mother's accident must have been very traumatic for all of you. It is always very difficult to see someone you love suffer. Luckily you are in a position to help her through this. It was very hard for me to leave on Sunday. I so much wanted to be able to continue to help. I also knew that I would miss all of you a great deal after being able to spend almost two weeks with you. Hopefully we will be together again soon!
